A researcher at CIRANO since January 2023, Nora Traum is an Associate Professor in the Department of Applied Economics at HEC Montreal and holds the HEC Montreal Chair in Macroeconomic Stabilization Policies. She holds a Ph.D. in economics from Indiana University. Her research interests include macroeconomics, monetary economics, and tax policy. She is the author of numerous academic publications.
