Dr. François Castonguay holds a Ph.D. in AgriculturalandResource Economics ( 2021) from the University of California at Davis (UC Davis).He also holds an M.Sc. in Economics (2015) from Université du Québec à Montréal and a B.A. in Economics (2013) from Université Laval. Prior to joining DGEPS in 2023, Dr. Castonguay was a postdoctoral researcher in the Health Economics and Modeling Unit (HEMU) at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
