Twice a year, CIRANO publishes a collection of articles published in the journal PERSPECTIVES during the year. 

PERSPECTIVES is CIRANO’s journal for the dissemination and valorization of research. Written in a format that is accessible to a wider audience, the articles provide visibility to the work and expertise of CIRANO's research community.

The articles published during the year as part of the annual thematic Efficiency at the heart of the Quebec health care system appear in the special edition of PERSPECTIVES published in November 2025.
