Mélanie Bourassa Forcier, professor at the École nationale d'administration publique (ÉNAP), CIRANO researcher and Fellow, is part of a research team working on the « Evaluation of the implementation of proximity management and the variation of effects in the context of reform within the Quebec healthcare system » project.
Led by Lara Maillet, ÉNAP professor, the research project is supported by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR), which recently awarded the researcher $512,552 over 4 years to carry out this scientific research.
The research team's aim is to generate knowledge and enrich the thinking around healthcare reforms, while generating tools to support healthcare establishments in implementing proximity management, but also in decision-making processes as close to the action as possible!
