Robert Gagné named new president of CIRANO's Scientific Committee

CIRANO is pleased to announce the nomination of Robert Gagné as President of CIRANO's Scientific Committee.

CIRANO Researcher and Fellow since 1999, Robert Gagné is a full professor in the Department of Applied Economics at HEC Montréal. He is also founder and director of the Centre sur la productivité et la prospérité and Associate Director of Research and Transfer at HEC Montréal. Holder of a Ph.D. in economics from Université de Montréal, his research focuses on the effects of public policy in Quebec and Canada.

CIRANO's research is overseen by a Scientific committee that guarantees the highest standards of quality.
